Card Expiry Replacement Program

We charge a one-time customization fee for eligible metal card conversions.

If your bank issues a replacement card due to expiration, Royal Metal Card may provide a new metal card customization service at no additional customization charge.

To qualify, customers must:

  • Return the previous metal card
  • Provide the original Order ID
  • Allow us to verify the order in our records

Additional shipping charges may apply.

Replacement Requests

If you receive a new bank-issued card and wish to continue using your existing design, our team can review available replacement options based on your original order.

Replacement eligibility is subject to order verification.

To maintain accuracy and consistency, customers requesting support or replacement services may be asked to provide:
