Royal Metal Card is an independent customization company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any bank, financial institution, payment network, or card issuer.

All trademarks, logos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate order information
• Confirming design details before approval
• Verifying card compatibility before ordering
• Following any instructions provided during the ordering process
• Complying with the terms of their card issuer

Design Approval

Customers must carefully review all designs before production begins. Once a design has been approved and production starts, modifications may not be possible.

Royal Metal Card is not responsible for errors in customer-provided names, logos, artwork, text, or design files after approval.

Card Compatibility

Compatibility may vary depending on the card issuer, card type, payment technology, ATM system, or future banking updates.

While we strive to provide accurate guidance, Royal Metal Card cannot guarantee compatibility with every ATM, POS terminal, banking system, or card issuer policy.

ATM & POS Usage

Our metal cards are designed to work with supported payment systems and ATMs. However, some older ATM machines or card readers may not be compatible with metal cards due to their physical construction.

Customers should insert and remove metal cards carefully when using older machines.

NFC & Contactless Payments

Certain premium metal card designs may not support NFC or contactless payment functionality. Customers are responsible for confirming available features before placing an order.

Customer Privacy & Security

Royal Metal Card respects customer privacy and banking security.

We do not request:

• Banking passwords
• Online banking credentials
• Security codes
• PIN numbers
• Account login information

We only perform physical customization and card conversion services.

Data Protection

We do not store sensitive banking information and only collect information necessary to process orders, provide customer support, and fulfill our services.

Orders will not enter production until payment has been received and confirmed.

Warranty & Support

Royal Metal Card provides support related to workmanship and customization services as outlined in our Warranty & Support policies.

We cannot guarantee future compatibility with banking systems, card issuer updates, ATM networks, or payment technologies.

Limitation Of Liability

• ATM compatibility issues
• Payment terminal limitations
• Third-party shipping delays
• Customer misuse or improper handling

Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the applicable service.
